Constructed of 2″ polyester material, a deluxe wide grip ratchet, and swivel hooks with built-in retention clips so they can’t come undone. The swivel hooks allow the strap to attach to almost any tab no matter which way it’s oriented: whether it’s on a rack, on a carrier, or in the bed. Hooks are removable simply wrap the ends around a tube frame, and secure them back into the 3-bar adjuster.
