Small items are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS, while larger items, such as seats, are shipped using FedEx.
You may cancel your order by contacting us, provided it has not yet shipped. Please have your order number ready. If the order has already shipped, you can initiate a return claim after it is delivered, and you verify the product is in new condition.
Our warranty covers:
- Seat Covers: 5 years
- Seats: 2 years
- All Other Products: 1 year
This warranty includes factory defects, such as loose stitching, broken hardware, or other wear resulting from normal use.
