prp seats refund & refund policy

Return for Refund or Exchange

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any non-customized item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees. If a return label is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns are not accepted for customized items unless they are defective or have manufacturing issues.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders (e.g., custom seats, window nets, storage bags, tie-downs, harnesses)

  • Gift cards and items purchased with a gift card.

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at PRP’s sole discretion in cases where:

  • Items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns are made more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return:

  • It may take up to 2 weeks to process the return.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after that time, contact your bank or credit card provider first. Still having issues? Email us at [email protected].

Gifts or No Receipt?

If you’re returning a gift or do not have a receipt, we can issue store credit for the item’s current retail value, provided it meets return requirements (unused, original packaging, etc.).

Exchanges

We’ll replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue.

Please note: Damage caused during shipping is only eligible for exchange if PRP determines it resulted from poor packaging.
